    • Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email.
    • Payment: Payments must be completed at the time of booking using secure payment methods supported by Stayverse.
  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • Cancellation by User: Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.
    • Cancellation by Stayverse: In rare cases, bookings may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
    • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  5. Use of the Service
    • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:
      • Unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
      • Disrupting the platform or servers.
      • Using bots or automated systems without permission.
    • Compliance: You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations.

    • No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
    • Liability: Stayverse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or service interruptions.
